Permission to use Documents (such as white papers, presentations, datasheets and FAQs) from the Services is granted, provided that:

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating in any way to your use of services shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in San Luis Obispo, California, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Extropy Green's intellectual property rights, or its conditions of use policy. The parties agree to resolve any disputes by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Construction Industry Arbitration Rules using the Fast Track Procedures with a panel of one arbitrator in English to be heard in the San Luis Obispo, California. The prevailing party, if any, shall be awarded all costs and fees, as determined by the arbitrator. Both parties agree that damages shall neither be sought nor awarded. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator shall be binding and may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
